Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Guests are welcome to provide your own alcohol for all events at The Bristol Manor. Our bartenders will assist with the serving of wine and specialty drinks.
Can I have the ceremony onsite? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, you may have your ceremony on site. There is not an extra fee for having your ceremony at The Bristol Manor, however you must provide all additional accommodation e.g., Tables, chairs, music, flowers, etc.
If my ceremony is on-site, can I arrive early to take pictures?
You will have access to the venue two hours prior to your reservation time. Therefore, you can have vendors come and go as needed during those hours.
Can I have my wedding rehearsal at The Bristol Manor?
Rehearsals are best scheduled on the Thursday or Friday evening before your wedding. We cannot guarantee specific date availability for your rehearsal until one month prior to your wedding due to the event schedule. It is highly recommended that your officiant be present for your on-site rehearsal.
Is my pet allowed at The Bristol Manor?
Pets are permitted on property for ceremony and photo purposes for a limited amount of time and may only be in outdoor locations. A pet security form must be completed and approved by the venue before having your pet on the property.
Are real candles allowed?
Yes, real candles are permitted but must be kept within a vessel. Open flames are not permitted.
Are sparklers allowed?
Yes, sparklers are allowed to be used on property outside of the building.
Can I use an outside caterer?
The Bristol Manor works exclusively with our own hand-selected team. We do make limited exceptions that need approval.
Are children allowed at The Bristol Manor?
Children are always welcome at The Bristol Manor. Children must be always supervised. For their safety each individual child must have one adult accompanying them.
